Helping communities keep our parks litter free
From the coast to the city. You may have seen 2 Minute Litter Pick stations along the coastline.
Inspired by surfers, the free to use equipment can be found in 4 parks in Bristol and Bath.
Each station has pickers, hand sanitiser and recycled collection bags. Simply pick up a grabber and a bag and return the equipment once you’ve finished your pick.
The project aims to support local communities who want to see litter-free, nature-rich local green spaces by providing them with free to use litter pick equipment in the park.
Our 2 minute litter picking stations are located in:
- Keynsham Memorial Park
- Greville Smyth Park
- Blaise Castle Estate
- Alice Park
The Greville Smyth station is kindly being looked after by Hopper Coffee at their mobile van. At Keynsham and Blaise we are grateful to the park cafes for hosting the station. The team at the Alice Park cafe are the guardians of the station in Alice Park.
