Sensory Walks: experience your local park in a new way

Sensory Walks offer a different way to experience green space; they invite you to slow down and engage with your surroundings through your senses.

That might mean noticing birdsong, feeling different textures, observing colours and movement, or taking in the scents of the natural environment.

This approach has been shown to support wellbeing, reduce stress and experience the outdoors in a new way.
