Your Park Bristol & Bath is a unique, independent charity. Nobody does what we do.
We empower communities and transform community life through inclusive, nature-rich and engaging park activities on people’s doorsteps across Bristol and Bath. We also break down barriers to accessing green space.
But this is only possible with our donors. This is what we're achieving with your support.
Health
100% of people who got involved with our services say it improved their mental and physical health.
In 2022-23 we:
- held 314 mental health sessions in five parks through Roots to Wellbeing
- launched Parks 4 All, the UK's first campaign to transform access to parks for underserved communities
- Led Wild and Well, a network of hundreds who focus on parks for health
Access
85% of people we support feel more able to use parks.
In 2022-23 we:
- interacted with 3266 people
- supported 86 volunteer park groups
Nature
87% of people who used our services say that afterwards, they know how to improve the local environment.
In 2022-23 we:
- transformed 33 parks for nature through 47 events with 528 people
- held 36 Team Days with 809 corporate volunteers
