This May is Mental Health Awareness Month

We’re proud to use parks to support local communities' mental health and wellbeing.

We’re really proud to support local communities with their mental health and wellbeing through Roots to Wellbeing, our weekly programme for green social prescribing and outdoor activities. We’re also excited to be making progress with #Parks4All, where we are working towards making parks more accessible, ensuring equal opportunity for all to receive the wellbeing benefits of being in parks and green spaces.

This May, you can make a difference for #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth. Come along to one of our sessions, or make a donation to help us support local communities.

Why not sign up and take part in our 100km Active Park Challenge. Join as an individual or with some friends, or why not have your business form a team and do some fundraising.

You could also have your business or team attend one of our Team Days, where you can not only support your staff with their wellbeing, but also be directly involved in bettering parks for local communities and their mental health.
