15 minutes in nature can improve our mental health*
Roots to Wellbeing provides friendly and relaxed group sessions in parks, to promote better mental health. Sessions run over 18 weeks with free hot drinks, lunch and friendly chat.
The service started in 2022 with NHS support and sessions are led by health and nature professionals.
